About the Author

I was born and currently live in a country in Europe, and by both training and calling, I’m a psychologist. In my work, I’ve supported many people who have been trying to lose weight for years and have been through just about everything—diets, strict plans, the “fresh start on Monday,” periods of intense discipline followed by a breakdown, guilt, and the feeling that the problem is them.

Over time, I started noticing a pattern:

People rarely struggle because they “lack willpower.”
More often, they struggle because they’re using a system that creates tension, deprivation, and extremes—and those extremes inevitably trigger a rebound.

That’s why the approach I share here is different.
It’s not built on bans, but on psychological techniques.

I write this blog because I believe weight loss can be smarter and calmer—and that real results are possible without feeling mentally broken in the process.

If you’re tired of diets, guilt, and “starting over,” you’ll find articles here that help you regain control—with more clarity, stability, and realistic steps.
